Brooklyn Brawl. Super Middleweight Champion
So proud of Omowale. We go back some years as friends and comrades by way of G.A.ME. Today he is the Super middleweight champion of Brooklyn Brawl. Congratulations O!
“Swollen hand, bloody nose, shoulder injury, etc. Still none happier than me for being knocked down to come back and win unanimously. I teach perseverance because I live it. This is for all the fighters in and out of the ring. #dontgiveup” Omowale

Wu-Tang Forever

19 years ago today, this album changed history and lives, mine included. Much respect to Zo Silva for the heads up. much respect to the homey Vernon that had the hand drawn cassette tape from Jamaica Ave prior to the official joint dropping. “Method Man” & “Protect Ya Neck” changed history. 1 of the most powerful forces created and existing in this lifetime. Much love to ODB. Without Wu-Tang, I do not exist.

I am grateful that the 20 year reunion album has been actualized!

In Memory of Trayvon….
In Memory of Trayvon….
I wrote this song because of my feelings for all of the young men that have been harassed by cops and it makes me sick that a Toy Cop in Florida was able to murder a child and get away with it. Thanks For Nothing USA!
“Why is it when I walk with a Bop /
That I’m detected by detectives Instant Target for the cops/
On the train I might see an uncomfortable face staring at me so hard/
They trying to figure my ways/
My dress code is throwing them off/
I’m on that hip hop shhhhh yes /
They instantly turned off man /
I come from High Top Fades and African Medallions /
8 ball jackets Crooks wildin…shhhh stop the violence /
My long arms looking like a monkey from what I was told OR /
Damn he so black man his skin looks like coal /
Highly educated trips to paris 10 years old/
Got a lil bit older fell in love with Nihon/
But I stay coming back home to stereotypes/
Before I was too black, now I’m acting too white/
Proper english the magnet for attacks /
I never got bullied i was too ill for that… ”

With the state of mainstream hip hop going astray, Beatknock’Az International seeks to bring balance back to the force, so to speak. This international crew was assembled in 2006, and launched a campaign in early 2007 to unify hip hop worldwide and set precedence among aspiring artists/producers alike. With the help of many underground and mainstream artists, they are set to release an album to the masses that shows what “Real Hip Hop” should indeed sound like. They all vary in styles but collectively have an indescribable sound of their own.
These 4 producers hail from North America to across the pond in Europe bringing diversity in sound, melody and showing how profound hip hop music has been rooted in different regions across the globe.
BeatKnock’Az International includes:
Chicago, IL (USA) – Diaz Millenia
Braga, Portugal – Blastah Beatz
Paris, France – Saikness
Canary Islands (Spain) – Jim B
The Sanskrit Symphony feat Krohme, MeccaGodZilla, Rasul Allah & Mez (Produced by Blastah Beatz)
