So proud of Omowale. We go back some years as friends and comrades by way of G.A.ME. Today he is the Super middleweight champion of Brooklyn Brawl. Congratulations O!
“Swollen hand, bloody nose, shoulder injury, etc. Still none happier than me for being knocked down to come back and win unanimously. I teach perseverance because I live it. This is for all the fighters in and out of the ring. #dontgiveup” Omowale
Today I visited the Brown Bag Allstars video shoot. Shout out to @J57 & the rest of the fam. Got to see SK & Monsta X today too. Today Was a good day
19 years ago today, this album changed history and lives, mine included. Much respect to Zo Silva for the heads up. much respect to the homey Vernon that had the hand drawn cassette tape from Jamaica Ave prior to the official joint dropping. “Method Man” & “Protect Ya Neck” changed history. 1 of the most powerful forces created and existing in this lifetime. Much love to ODB. Without Wu-Tang, I do not exist.
I am grateful that the 20 year reunion album has been actualized!
the homey Angel with an early Halloween Trick or Treat for Street Fighter & Ryu Black aka MeccaGodZilla …really sick costume! Thanks Angel!

My Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector’s Box set made its way to my home today. Thank you so much @Streetfighter & @yoshi_onochin. My song as RYU BLACK is #18 on the fan CD. Special thanks to Mega Ran & DJ Tomoko!
I am grateful to feature and be apart of 25 years of Street Fighter by Capcom. Like, I used to save my lunch money and after school go to Merrick Road’s deli on the corner of Guy Lombardo and Merrick, to Jason’s Deli, to the cut on Merrick Road the Video Rental Spot, to the laundromat near Hunan Palace, to the Laundromat near Jamal’s house on archer and I’d spend my $1 – $1.25 on Street Fighter after school.. getting my a$$ WHOOPED by Jamal who seemed to be the best at EVERYTHING!
We even had a Street Fighter Bootlegga Mugen console at the Deli near the duck pond near Freeport High School..where Ryu had blue skin and his dragon punch took 99% of your life..in SUPER SLOW MOTION TOO.. took 10 seconds for him to complete the punch and if u got caught it was OVER!!!!! As an artist, all you strive to do is put out the best art you possibly can and hope that it sticks or resonates with someone else. All the time though, we do it for ourselves…to get the energy out. To have the same energy praised and validated is extremely humbling. Mega Ran, again, thank you for all of the encouragement and belief and Capcom, thanks for giving a ninja a shot.
This one’s for Capcom’s 25th Anniversary of Street Fighter…enjoy
I just can’t see anyone losing by purchasing this game. I have to get it!
I had a lot of fun at this video shoot.. I’m in the cut behind Day on the far right.. rocking Applebum gear nah mean.. peace..enjoy!
EMJAE Feat. DAY – SWAGG ON
Directed and Edited by D’Alia Salvatore
First, Emjae shared his first professional video with his closest peers, Day and Prestige in a heavily favored “Dream On” music video. Now he follows up with “Swagg On” Featuring Day a version from Soulja Boyz song “Turn my Swag On”. Emjae and Day’s Chemistry together is unparalleled and gives us this sound that you all came to love today. Swooop Gang Nation started by Day embraced Emjae to be apart of the movement as they both give there 100% as solo artist but go even harder when collaborating together. This video showcases different types of swag. Everyone has there own swag, swag meaning style, and this video gives them a chance to express it in their own way. The next video will feature Emjae’s first single as “Dream On” and “Swagg On” are songs to get you warmed up to what is to come. We hope you enjoy…… #Swooop! Special thanks goes out to Day, he’s been like a brother to Emjae and a continued influence, Thanks to D’Alia Salvatore and his team, great producer of both “Dream On” and “Swagg On”. Thanks to ABDC’s Rhythm City’s Poppin Loz for being in the video, Japan’s Own RnB singer Mio Soul, Model Kayla Tilton, Model and Belly Dancer Lucy Travaglino, Ravage the Mecca Godzilla, and the rest of the Swooop Gang Nation. Much love and Enjoy!
Originally a collaboration piece between Ryu Black & Mio Soul via RYU BLACK’s debut musical “PERFECT 天,” this instrumental was recently submitted to Capcom’s SF25th Anniversary competition.
In Memory of Trayvon….
I wrote this song because of my feelings for all of the young men that have been harassed by cops and it makes me sick that a Toy Cop in Florida was able to murder a child and get away with it. Thanks For Nothing USA!
“Why is it when I walk with a Bop /
That I’m detected by detectives Instant Target for the cops/
On the train I might see an uncomfortable face staring at me so hard/
They trying to figure my ways/
My dress code is throwing them off/
I’m on that hip hop shhhhh yes /
They instantly turned off man /
I come from High Top Fades and African Medallions /
8 ball jackets Crooks wildin…shhhh stop the violence /
My long arms looking like a monkey from what I was told OR /
Damn he so black man his skin looks like coal /
Highly educated trips to paris 10 years old/
Got a lil bit older fell in love with Nihon/
But I stay coming back home to stereotypes/
Before I was too black, now I’m acting too white/
Proper english the magnet for attacks /
I never got bullied i was too ill for that… ”

With the state of mainstream hip hop going astray, Beatknock’Az International seeks to bring balance back to the force, so to speak. This international crew was assembled in 2006, and launched a campaign in early 2007 to unify hip hop worldwide and set precedence among aspiring artists/producers alike. With the help of many underground and mainstream artists, they are set to release an album to the masses that shows what “Real Hip Hop” should indeed sound like. They all vary in styles but collectively have an indescribable sound of their own.
These 4 producers hail from North America to across the pond in Europe bringing diversity in sound, melody and showing how profound hip hop music has been rooted in different regions across the globe.
BeatKnock’Az International includes:
Chicago, IL (USA) – Diaz Millenia
Braga, Portugal – Blastah Beatz
Paris, France – Saikness
Canary Islands (Spain) – Jim B
